Perfect poached eggs.

While working with Calvin the past few weeks,
I managed to find, half in his garage and half,
buried in the garden, an aluminum egg poacher.
I pressed the bent pieces together and stashed it away as a keepsake for my time spent in Powell River.  Today, I washed the dirt-filled pan, cups, tray and lid and prepared the little poacher for action.
See how cute it is!

The secret to perfect poached eggs:

Prepare your toast in the toaster of your choice with your preference of bread, darkness, etc.
Put eggs into boiling solution or egg cups.
Immediately plunge toaster.
When your toast is done to your desired level, so will your eggs be.
It's that simple.  Enjoy!
