sung walks

On Friday mornings at 9:30 am in Surrey Green Timbers Forest, there is a mindfulness session which includes Qi Gong and walking meditation.  Sung Yang is the teacher/host.  Anyone is welcome.

Today we practiced six moves of Qi Gong before walking.  Some reminders for myself for exercises are: the archer, heel lift, body scan one, punches, breath circles w/arms, neck turning w/hands.
