On Friday May 18th, at 9:30 am in Green Timbers park in Surrey, anyone is welcome to join in for mindfulness sessions that include Qi Gong and walking meditation. The session lasts about 1.5 hours.
On Sunday May 20th at 10am until 2pm, at Han Seok Buddhist Center (104th and 140th), there is a one-day mindfulness session that includes sitting meditation, mindful eat and talking practice. Also some physical movements such as Qi Gong or yoga.
